Dalit Bahujan Shramik Union

The Dalit Bahujan Shramik Union (DBSU) is a Dalit-Bahujan civil rights organization locally coordinated from Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, South India.
==Origins==
Dalits are Native INDIANS and most "CIVILIZED" people of Indus valley civilization. Aryans/Brahmins(culture less people) invitation, the native people lost their homes, lands. They castaway from their native places, and then they went so far in to the deep forests and caves they lived as home less food less and they lost everything...and then they made people groups as FOUR GROUPS/CASTS. The Aryan Invaders made the cast system for their existence. They castaway the native people, Aryans dominated Indians(Sindus)they discriminated the people for their and themselves announced as the great people, and then started social discrimination till today.Indo-Iranian peoples, also commonly known as Indo-Iranic peoples by scholars,() and sometimes as Aryan peoples or Aryans from their self-designation, are a grouping of ethnic groups consisting of the Indo-Aryan, Iranian and Nuristani peoples; that is, speakers of Indo-Iranian languages, a major branch of the Indo-European language family.

The Proto-Indo-Iranians are commonly identified with the descendants of the Proto-Indo-Europeans known as the Sintashta culture and the subsequent Andronovo culture within the broader Andronovo horizon, and their homeland with an area of the Eurasian steppe that borders the Ural River on the west, the Tian Shan on the east.
The term Aryan has generally been used historically to denote the Indo-Iranians because Arya is the self designation of the Indo-Iranian languages and their speakers, specifically the Iranian and the Indo-Aryan peoples, collectively known as the Indo-Iranians.()() Some scholars now use the term Indo-Iranian to refer to this group, while the term "Aryan" is used to mean "Indo-Iranian" by other scholars such as Josef Wiesehofer()() and Jaakko Häkkinen.()() Population geneticist Luigi Luca Cavalli-Sforza, in his 1994 book The History and Geography of Human Genes, also uses the term Aryan to describe the Indo-Iranians.
The name "Dalit" refers to a group of people traditionally regarded as low caste. The term expresses their "weakness, poverty and humiliation at the hands of the upper castes in the Indian society."〔Victor Premasagar in ''(Interpretive Diary of a Bishop: Indian Experience in Translation and Interpretation of Some Biblical Passages )'' (Chennai: Christian Literature Society, 2002), p. 108.〕 The DBSU was previously known as the Andhra Pradesh Dalit Bahujan Vyavasaya Vruthidharula Union (APDBVVU).〔(Attack on Dalits ) at ChristianAidConnect.org Retrieved April 22, 2006.〕 It was a conglomeration of various Dalit-Bahujan owned and managed community-based organisations across Andhra Pradesh. It is dedicated to Damodaram Sanjeevaiah (former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of AICC) and Shyam Sundar. Its vision is "equal opportunities for all to identity, security, livelihoods and future."
